Transformation happens not with adding things on but with taking things away.  Allow this guided breathing practice and meditation to uncover what you need to let go of so you can step into the day, week, month, year as your fullest self.
Begin with a simple breathing practice, mindfulness of breath, to gain awareness of how you feel right now.  Then be guided through a body scan to help you connect with different parts of your body, bring you into presence, and, ultimately allow you to identify what it is that you truly need to release so you can experience transformation.
