Get Curious about your breath and sitting in stillness. In just a few minutes explore how it feels in your body to extend the inhale to 7, hold for 5, exhale for 8 and then hold again for 5.
What does this length of breath require? What is experience with breath retention? Can you create space?
Can you be?
Then move into a short guided meditation where you choose your focal point.  Something that is relevant for you today, in this moment.
As you’re sitting in stillness and silence, can you invite playful curiosity into your practice.  No judgement, just inquiry.
