Burnout and Your Priorities

I can’t tell you how many times we hear clients say they can’t switch off….

One of the things we try to understand very early on is what exactly is on their plate.  Very often there is a long, random list that includes everything under the sun.

And, of course, it’s not surprising they can’t switch off.  It’s overwhelming to have a never ending to-do list.

So, one thing we recommend is to prioritise your to do list.  This will help you clarify what’s important to accomplish on a specific day.

The to-do list is often a mix of important work (be it personal or professional) and admin, but there are often deadlines for both.  What you need to know is what you need to focus on right now so you’re not consumed by EVERYTHING.
